Test Technician:
    The right individual for this position will be comfortable interacting with clients and peers with a positive, solution–focused attitude. Responsibilities include implementation of testing tools, equipment and strategies and will be involved in the fabrication of fixturing. This individual has experience monitoring test status and will regularly provide reports to internal clients.

    This individual will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures as the responsibilities of the role require sound judgment in the application of testing principles through the implementation of established test plans and test specifications.

    A variety of responsibilities and tasks are required to be successful in this position and a degree in engineering with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. This position reports to the Laboratory Manager.

Test Engineer:
    The right individual for this position will be comfortable interacting with clients and peers with a positive, solution–focused attitude. Responsibilities include evaluation, recommendation and implementation of testing tools, equipment and strategies. This individual has experience developing test plans, monitoring tests in progress, analyzing test data and will regularly provide progress reports and final reports to internal and external clients and may lead and direct the work of others in these areas.

    This individual will have developed extensive experience in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures as the responsibilities of the role require sound judgment in the application of testing principles.

    The variety of responsibilities and tasks needed to be successful in this position indicate a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 or more years of closely related experience is preferred. This position reports to the Director of Operations/Technical Services.

Inside Sales Associate:
    A successful candidate for this position is a individual who is assertive and wants to do the right thing for our clients, a self starter who has an eye for the details and enjoys working in a dynamic and flexible environment.

    This position provides sales support to our internal sales staff and technical staff through the identification of the needs of our clients and potential clients. Due to the technical nature of our business an individual with a testing or quality assurance back ground, with knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures is preferred.

    The candidate for this position should have 3-5 years experience in a customer service/ sales support role and will have strong communication and computer skills, a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position may require travel during the work day but will rarely require overnight stays. This individual works closely with the sales staff and reports to the sales manager.

Sales Engineer / Company Representatives:
    The successful candidate for this position has significant and proven sales experience in the field of engineering and/or product development testing.

    This individual will be required to develop and manage sales strategy and execution in existing as well as new markets. They will utilize a consultative sales method and technical knowledge to identify new business prospects, achieve sales goals and develop business relationships.

    The candidate for this position should have a history of performance results, a general understanding of the concepts, practices and procedures utilized in engineering and product development, a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. This individual reports to the Director of Business Development.
